Things To Note Before Ordering
Due to the limited stock of goods, there is a high possibility of out of stock result. Restock usually takes about 30 working days as we order from our overseas manufacturers. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will send out the in stock item(s) first. If buyers are very anxious to receive goods, please do not order.
Every computers color adjustment settings are different. Inevitably, the colors will have a slight difference or cognitive differences. If buyers are color sensitive, please do not order.
Please contact us to check whether there is stock available. We will reply within 3 working days. If there is in stock available, click 'BUY NOW!" to purchase.

Things To Note After Ordering
Please transfer payment to 209-79139-0 POSB SAVINGS A/C within 3 days after ordering. Buyers who cancel orders before or after payment will deemed as blacklisted.
Bookings is available. However, we can only reserve up till 3 days, once 3 days is up, and buyers have not email us, reservations will be cancel.
Upon receiving and confirmation of buyers payment & orders, we will mail out item(s) on either Wednesday or Sunday. It usually takes 2~3 working days to receive. It is impossible to mail out items on the day of payment.

PayPal (Not recommend to locals as there will be additional PayPal fees)

Collection Method
We use Speedpost Islandwide by SingPost for all our local deliveries.
Mailing days: Wednesday & Sunday
Free Normal Postage delivery for locals
Registered postage will be an additional of $2.24 for EACH package . However, Tracking Number will not be given as we mail items thru a private agent. But we can 100% ensure that item(s) will reach all buyer.
International customers will have to bear the shipping fees. Shipping cost depends on the package weight.

Discounts
Consumption over S$150 can enjoy a lovely small gift
Consumption over S$200 can enjoy 9% discount preferential

Return & Other Policies
We would like to apologize to all buyer as items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
We will not bear any responsibility once items are mailed out.
However, if buyers really could not wear, we ONLY accept changes of size. If you wish to change the size, you have to pay for the back and forth freight charges. In additional, please mail out the item(s) within 5 days.
And return as following:
Upon receiving of clothes that are too small or big, please email us at sales@kusio.sg and indicate the reasons for changing.
You must return the product in its original, re-saleable condition including the original packaging/bag within 5 days of purchase, based on invoice date and mail back us by Registered Postage(to avoid loss of mail).
Please inspect items carefully before returning them.
You must include a copy of your invoice together with the return.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not held any responsibility once items have been worn/washed before or altered from their original state (i.e. pen mark, soiled etc).
Items are only refundable provided there is stock available.

Customers Databases/Privacy
Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers. Any information we collect from you is used for our own marketing purposes and is not shared or sold to other companies. We market via direct mail and email only and use no telemarketing.
