#1 When will I receive my item(s)?
Ans: We will mail out your item(s) on our mailing dates (Wednesday & Sunday)after you have made payment and e-mailed us all the relevant details of the transaction & your mailing address. It will then arrive in 2~3 working days. For Preorder products, it is a must to hit particular number of PAID orders before sending in to our manufacturer. It will take 1~2 weeks excluding Weekends and Public Holidays to arrive SG. Please be patient as it usually takes a month to arrive SG. This period includes consolidating of orders, processing of orders by our manufacturers and us shipping from overseas to SG etc. We will mail out your item(s) immediately once stocks had arrive.

#2 The item(s) that I had ordered have stop producing. What should I do?
Ans: We apologized for the inconvenience caused. Our manufacturer is unable to provide us the goods due to shortage of fabrics and other reasons.
We hope every customer will be understandable as we are victims too. As for the out of stocks items, we will refund you the money.

#3 Ordered wrongly!
Ans: Please consider carefully for the design, color, size you wish to purchase before ordering as you will not be able to change it after placing your order. This would result inconvenience for operation as well as misunderstanding between customers and us in the near future. If you wish to abolished, it is equivalent to cancelling your order. Accordance to our terms, you are considered blacklisted. Thereby, we advise every buyer to consider carefully and cherish the trust between us.

#4 Do you accept swaps/exchanges?
Ans: Sorry~ We only accept cash. Exchange of goods is prohibited!

#5 There is insufficient of goods. Am I still able to order?
Ans: Please email us whether there is stock available. We will reply within 3 working days!

#6 Why is my question left unanswered?
Ans: Our operating hours - Monday ~ Friday 2PM~9PM . Mails received after 9PM will deemed as tomorrow. In fact, we would service you when we have free time.

#7 Have my item(s) been mailed out?
Ans: Upon receiving your payment & orders, we would mail out your item(s) on either Wednesday & Sunday.

#8 Do regular customers have discount? Can I have discount?
Ans: No discount will be given as everyone will be treated equally. Despite you being a regular customer. However, we would launch special promotions from time to time. Or you could check out under "Sales" tab.

#9 Why does the item's price decreased? Does that mean I have bought it at a higher price?
Ans: In fact, like other department stores promotion periods, for certain items have certain promotion. Buyers who have purchased earlier should not be upset as you have bought the newest, latest clothes!

#10 The clothing I have bought does not fits. Can I change design?
Ans: Please double check the sizes & color before ordering~ We ONLY accept changes of size. However, if you wish to change the size, you have to pay for the back and forth freight charges. In additional, please mail out the item(s) within 5 days by Registered Postage. Please take a look at our terms for more details.

#11 I have purchased a clothe and it does not fit. But you told me I could wear.
Ans: If you have any doubts on the sizes of the clothing, feel free to question us. By giving us your size information, we can only roughly picture your size. Thus, we are unable to give you 100% accurate size. However, whether to purchase is still your choice. If the clothing does not fit and you request for change of size, please go according to our "Return Policy" to process. We will not bear the freight charges.

#12 What size should I wear if my height is 160 & weight 45? Are you accurate?
Ans: Our measurements and suggestions are meant for your reference only. Please compare our size chart with your own clothes for more accurate measurements.

#13 Does the clothing in realistic differs from the photo?
Ans: Every computers color adjustment settings are different. Inevitably, the colors will have a slight difference or cognitive differences. If buyers are color sensitive, please do not order.

#14 My friends and I want to buy together, are we allow to reap the benefits of bulk purchases?
Ans: All items mailed to customers must be under one address to reap the benefits of discount. In this way we can process with less hassle. Thank you for your cooperation!

#15 What are the payment methods available?
Ans: For local buyers, you can make payment via I-Banking, POSB/DBS ATM Transfer or Inter-bank Transfer. We accept PayPal for international buyers too. For PayPal purchases, please bear in mind that you will have to pay a fee of
3.9% + $0.50 SGD per transaction. (Eg. You will pay a fee of $4.40 SGD on a $100.00 SGD transaction.)
International transactions will have a Currency Conversion Processing Fee of 2.5% above the exchange rate.
We will need international customers to tick the "I will pay the fee" checkbox before clicking the "Send Money" button.
